Bloobel Progressive Challenge - Easter Parade Judy

It's Mothering Sunday here in the UK today and after enjoying a gorgeous cooked breakfast made for me by my daughters I spent a perfect afternoon indulging myself at the craft table.

I coloured Easter Parade Judy last week and she has sat patiently waiting to go on a card and take part in the Bloobel progressive challenge over on Facebook, so she was my first project. I made a simple, cheerful Easter card and decorated her bonnet with teeny eggs so she's all set to join the parade.

Coffee Bath by Bloobel Stamps

I love the quirky stamps Lisa at Bloobel stamps produces and when I saw this image that she's release as a subscriber image for her new Troo Bloo Club I had to sign up and snag her for myself.

I had the perfect sentiment, from Bee Crafty, which also mentions wine, so I added a little glass and wine bottle stamp to make it work even more. I love my coffee, wine and bath so to combine all three is heaven!

Right, I'm off to play with more Bloobel cuties. Have a great Sunday folks!

Julia Spiri New Release- Bird In Cage

Yet again Julia has pulled an amazing new image out of the bag for this month's new release. She's called Bird In Cage and you can find her here in Julia's Etsy shop

I love steampunk almost as much as I love the beautiful girls Julia draws , so this was a perfect image for me to work with. I coloured her in copics, and teamed her with some vintage papers from my stash and a hand made flower. The sentiment is from a free set I recently received with Simply Cards and Papercraft magazine.

Julia has also been busy creating some amazing watercolour clip art for use in your projects, which you can find here. Her watercolour art is perfect for printing and fussy cutting or using in digital projects- so versatile!

Bloobel Progressive Challenge Entry- Ralph

I recently discovered the amazing digi art by Bloobel and just adore the quirky style, so this month I have decided to start joining in the Facebook page Progressive Challenge. This month Lisa has drawn some incredible Easter parade images ( you can find them here), and as a dog owner Ralph spoke to me instantly and I had to work with him. Isn't he a cutie! I decorated his hat with a simple flower as he's a dapper kind of chap who does discreet, and teamed him up with some Becky Higgins papers and embellishments from my stash.

I am entering this in the following challenges:

Crafts Galore Encore March Challenge DT Post

Time for another challenge over at Crafts Galore Encore and this month our kind sponsor is the wonderful Fabrika Fantasy

I am a sucker for all things fantasy, but especially dragons, so I couldn't resist working with Wise Dragon this time. Isn't he adorable?!

I chose to make a tag bookmark this time, simply colouring and fussy cutting him before adding him to a background created with gelatos. I hand stamped the sentiment using some alphabet stamps.

Challenges:

Do pop by and enter the challenge if you can. The theme is Anything Goes so you can create whatever your heart desires.

Happy crafting!
