It's my turn to share a little Visible Inspiration today and with January drawing to a close, my thoughts have turned to cards for Valentines Day. The recently released Forever Love set is perfect for such an occasion.

I began with a gelli print that I had previously created with the Meshing Around stencil. A great start for some lovely texture.
I defined the circular edge to the stencil with a light application of Distress ink to add another layer.
I added some stamping with the script stamp from the Scripted Streets stamp set, than stamped and embossed the large rose and border stamps with my stamping platform, which enabled me to line them up perfectly, then added the sentiment.
I stamped and coloured the large and small roses and fussy cut out.
Using 3d glue gel I layered them up, and added highlights with a white pen.
To finish I coloured the skulls in white, and added some black and white splatters of watered down acrylic paint.
