Saturated Canary Card

I coloured this stunning Saturated Canary digi a while ago and she has been sitting in my drawer waiting to be played with, so this evening I found a little time to give her the pretty setting she deserves and popped her on a simple card. No girl this gorgeous should be sat on the sidelines after all!

A while ago a good friend kindly gave me some wallpaper sample books, and I have found that the paper is perfect for making flowers with. It gives great texture and is perfect for shaping too as you can see. I used another paper from the book as a backing paper, added a doily and sentiment and now she is all ready to go to the ball!

I would like to enter the following challenges:

  1. Hi hun and super make great job and thanks for sharing with us at Fantastic - Tuesday hugs Judith DT x

  2. Linda this is so pretty! Great idea using the wallpaper samples! I've got a book of those, too, and haven't used them much. Now I'm inspired! Thanks for joining us at Tuesday Throwdown this week!
